Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Frosting
This is hardly a recipe because it’s so easy, but it’s sooo yummy! I wanted to give this recipe it’s own post because I use it a lot. Use this as a filling or a healthy frosting for cakes or cupcakes, put it on top of ice cream, or frost special brownies with it.
I like this version of peanut butter better than plain peanut butter. It’s lower in calories and I prefer the light and fluffy texture over thick peanut butter in most cases. You can even serve it as a dip with fruit- yum!
If you use a dairy-free milk other than coconut milk, you may have to adjust the amount.
Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened So Delicious coconut milk
- 3 packets NuNaturals stevia
(or sweetener of choice, to taste. Using another sweetener may make this recipe no longer sugar-free depending on what you use)
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a small mixing bow. Use an electric hand mixer to blend until fluffy.
