Tofu Ricotta

This Tofu Ricotta only takes a few minutes to make and it tastes so good! As in, I could just eat it plain- it’s that good. I use this ricotta recipe in lasagna, but you could use this wherever you would normally use ricotta cheese.

Tofu Ricotta

Total Time: 5 minutes

Tofu Ricotta

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu (14 oz)
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Press out as much water as possible from the tofu. (I used the TofuXpress)
  2. Crumble the tofu into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix together with your hands until it's well-combined.
