Tofu Ricotta
This Tofu Ricotta only takes a few minutes to make and it tastes so good! As in, I could just eat it plain- it’s that good. I use this ricotta recipe in lasagna, but you could use this wherever you would normally use ricotta cheese.
Tofu Ricotta
Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu (14 oz)
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Press out as much water as possible from the tofu. (I used the TofuXpress
)
- Crumble the tofu into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix together with your hands until it's well-combined.

Just wondering, recipe looks good for dishes that need to be cooked, but you can’t eat tofu raw, is that what you meant when you said it is so good you can eat it plain? Sorry, maybe I missed something
